I wasn’t always confident in the gym. I used to feel out of place — tall, skinny, and unsure of how to train for the body I actually wanted. I started lifting to change how I looked, but I stuck with it because of how it made me feel. Strong. Capable. Empowered. That’s the energy I want to pass on.
